Air Canada has suspended 17 routes, including "Vancouver Narita".
AC3 flight (Vancouver → Narita) will be the last flight from February 15th, and AC4 flight (Narita → Vancouver) will be the last flight from February 16th.
It seems that the restoration is scheduled for May 1st (AC3) and May 2nd (AC4).
Over 100 people have been infected in the Banff area. In town, we are calling for caution, such as refraining from going out.
The hurdles to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are likely to rise.
Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are the two most popular Canadian Rockies viewpoints. However, due to the limited parking lot, it is not possible to secure a space to park the car unless you go out early in the morning. Visiting by rental car is quite difficult.
There is a shuttle bus from Banff, but the shuttle bus in the summer of 2021 will change to a reservation system.

Until a month ago, the temperature had dropped below -30 degrees Celsius, but today's temperature in Banff is 10 degrees Celsius! I can't wait for spring.
