昨日は冬至でした！
台湾では冬至に「湯圓」(タンユェン)というお団子を食べる習慣があります。
団子は家族で作ったり、市販のものを買ってきたりします。
そして、ぜんざいやピーナツでできた甘いスープに入れたり、食べ方色々。
湯圓が丸いことから、「家族円満」で「陽気」を迎え、湯圓を食べることで1年の円満を願う意味があるそうです。
でも美味しいからと言って、食べすぎ注意です😋
