入国時に無作為のPCR検査が実施される。2023年1月23日から入国手続きの迅速化を図るため、検疫、入国審査、税関申告のデータを含むデジタルフォームD'Viajerosの提示を全旅行者へ求める。デジタルフォームへの入力は、入国48時間前から可能。すべての渡航者は到着時に以下の書類を保健職員に提示する必要がある。ア 18歳以上の場合は出発14日前までに新型コロナウイルスへのワクチン接種完了を証明するワクチン接種証明書。18歳未満は新たな通知があるまで免除。イ 健康申告書。ウ 過去90日以内に新型コロナウイルスに感染した場合は医療機関による証明書または回復を示す診断書。2022年8月13日以降、グアテマラへの入国に際し、新型コロナワクチン接種証明書及びコロナ検査の陰性結果証明書の携行は不要。2歳以上の者は、マスク着用を強く推奨（ただし、呼吸器疾患等によってマスク着用に耐えられない場合は免除する。）。（１）入国時、新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種、及び出国前のPCR検査の証明書のいずれも提示を求められることはない。（２）インフルエンザのような症状でケニアの入港地に到着した旅行者のみ、「jitenge」プラットフォームの乗客検索フォームに記入することが求められる。対象者は到着後、自費で新型コロナウイルスの抗原検査を受けることが求められる。抗原検査で陽性となった場合は、さらに新型コロナウイルスのPCR検査を自費で受ける必要がある。症状が重い場合は、軽症、中等症、重症の一般的な隔離要件に従って隔離することができるものとする。（３）国外へ移動する人は、目的地の特定の旅行、健康及び新型コロナウイルス関連の要件に従うことが求められる。（４）ケニアを出発または到着する航空会社の判断により、出発前のRDT（抗原迅速診断検査）またはPCR検査が考慮される場合がある。2022年4月30日から、コソボ入国時のワクチン接種証明書又はPCR検査陰性証明書の提示は不要であるが、コソボ国内では、16歳未満を除き、上記証明書いずれかの保持が義務付けられている。ワクチン接種証明書を提示できる場合は、PCR検査による陰性証明書の提示は不要。ワクチン接種証明書の提示がない場合には、72時間以内のPCR検査による陰性証明書の提示が必要。 ワクチン接種証明書または陰性証明書の提示義務は2023年4月5日をもって解除された。 Check Mig（コロンビア出入国時に求められるオンラインでの登録）への登録は義務ではなくなったが、当国入管によれば引き続き登録が推奨される。ワクチン接種を完了していない入国者について、入国72時間以内に受検したPCR検査陰性証明書の提示が求められ、到着時、ンジリ空港においてPCR検査を実施することが必要である（費用：45米ドル）(※)。ワクチン接種を完了した入国者（注：ファイザー、モデルナ、アストラゼネカを2回接種、またはヤンセンを1回接種）については、接種証明書を提示することにより、上記措置は免除される。出国に際して、ワクチン接種完了者を除き、渡航者は、出発前72時間以内に受検したPCR検査陰性証明書の提示を求められる。※ 乗組員を含む全ての渡航者は、ワクチンカード/証明書の提出、又は搭乗前の新型コロナウイルス検査は求められない。ウ サモア到着時 (1)全ての渡航者は常時マスクの着用及び到着後最初の数日間は感染予防対策をとることが強く推奨される。 (2)全ての渡航者は、機内でarrival health declaration formを書き終え、有効な現地電話番号及びメールアドレス/Facebook情報を提供しなければならない。 (3)偽りの情報を提供した渡航者は罰金に処される。 ア・ワクチン接種者はシエラレオネ入国前及びシエラレオネ空港到着後のPCR検査の受検は不要。 ・ワクチン未接種の者及び部分的に接種している者については、シエラレオネ入国前の検査は不要だが、シエラレオネ到着時のPCR検査を受検する必要がある。 ・シエラレオネ出国の際は、ワクチン接種者・未接種者ともに出国前48時間以内にPCR検査を受検する必要がある。イ 全ての乗客は、シエラレオネ政府の旅行ポータルサイト(www.travel.gov.sl)で、シエラレオネへの旅行許可証を取得し、また、出発地のチェックイン・カウンターで当該旅行許可証を提示しなければならない。旅行許可証は以下の内容で構成される。 ・渡航前公衆衛生乗客位置情報フォーム (Pre-departure public health passenger locator form) ・シエラレオネ到着時のPCR検査等費用の支払い証明ウ 全ての乗客は、シエラレオネ到着時、以下のとおり義務的な検査を受けなければならない。 ・PCR検査及びRDT（迅速診断）検査を同時に受ける。 ・2回の検温が行われ、37.5度以上の体温がある乗客は追加的検査(further observation)のため、個別に対応される。 ・RDT検査が陰性の場合、乗客はルンギ国際空港からの移動が許可されるが、公衆衛生上の規定（マスク着用、手洗い、物理的距離の確保等）を遵守しつつ、PCR検査の結果を待つ。 ・RDT検査が陽性の場合、PCR検査の結果が判明するまで、乗客はルンギにあるホテルで隔離される（当該ホテル滞在費用は乗客側負担となる。）。 ・PCR検査の結果がRDT検査の結果に優先する。 ・PCR検査の結果は、ルンギ国際空港到着時に確認された現地連絡先宛に48時間以内に通知される。 ・PCR検査で陽性の場合、公衆衛生局の職員から連絡があり、適切な治療施設に搬送される。 ・航空機内で陽性患者の近くに座っていた乗客は一次的接触(primary contact)とみなされ、自主隔離の上、公衆衛生局職員によるモニタリングを受ける。エ 2歳未満の子供については、渡航前及び到着時のPCR検査は免除される。オ シエラレオネ入国する者で、ワクチン未接種者については、入国時のPCR検査で陰性結果が出るまでの間、自身で政府指定ホテルを予約の上、自費による義務的隔離に服する。ア ワクチン接種証明書を有していない入国者は、出発前3日以内に実施した新型コロナウイルスRT-PCR検査の陰性証明書の提示が必要である。イ 18歳以上の出国者（ジブチ人及び居住者）はワクチン接種証明書（※)又はジブチ保健省指定のワクチン免除証明書が必要である。ワクチン接種証明書の決まった書式はないが、英語又はフランス語での記載が必要。※ ジブチ空港当局や航空会社の運用にタイムラグや混乱が生じる可能性もあるため、事前に陰性証明の有無を航空会社に確認するなど十分御注意ください。※シリアは全土に危険情報として退避勧告（レベル４）が発出されており、渡航は止めてください。日本を含む25か国から渡航する外国籍の者について、シリアにおける居住資格・発行査証の有無にかかわらず入国を禁止する。ア 空路または海路で入国する全ての者の「新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種証明書」または「スリランカ入国前の新型コロナウイルス検査（PCR/RAT）の陰性証明書」の提出は不要。イ 外国籍者／観光旅行者がスリランカ到着後に新型コロナウイルスに罹患した場合、私立病院／ホテル／住居において7日間の隔離が必要。また、治療・隔離にかかる費用は自己負担。12歳以上の入国者については、4週間前までにワクチン接種を完了している場合、入国前のPCR又は抗原検査は不要。チェックイン時及び求められた場合は入国時にワクチン接種証明書を提示する必要がある。12歳未満の入国者については、ワクチン接種が必須ではないが推奨される。入国前72時間以内のPCR検査での陰性結果をチェックイン時及び求められた場合は入国時に提示する必要がある。国籍を問わず全てのタイプのビザ申請を受付中。ただし、オンアライバル・ビザ（タイの空港到着後に取得するビザ）での入国は一部の国を除き不可（日本国籍者も不可）。※最新情報は在タイ日本国大使館又は駐日タイ王国大使館のホームページを参照下さい。日本からタヒチ（フランス領ポリネシア）に入国する際の条件は以下のとおり。ア 入国時に、入国前5日以内に取得したPCR検査の陰性証明書又は新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種証明書を提示する必要がある。 また、ワクチン未接種の渡航者は、空港でのPCR検査受検が必要である。全ての渡航者は、出入国前にオンライン上で『E-TICKET』申請（出入国書類、税関申告書及び健康宣言書の入力）を行う必要がある。全ての渡航者に対して体温検査が行われ、38度以上のもの、及び新型コロナウイルスの症状のあるものは簡易の呼気検査を受ける。無作為に抽出された渡航者に対しても簡易の呼気検査を行うが、到着72時間前までに実施した新型コロナウイルスPCR検査の陰性証明書又は最終接種から3週間以上経過したワクチン接種証明書の提示がある場合には免除する。南アフリカ共和国、ボツワナ、レソト、ナミビア、エスワティニ、アンゴラ、ブラジル、インド、豪州、英国（イングランド、北アイルランド、スコットランド及びウェールズ）、インドネシア、イラク、イラン、クウェート、モナコ、アイルランド、コンゴ民主共和国、セントビンセント及びグレナディーン諸島、セネガル、シリア、スイス、タイ、チュニジア又はスペインからドミニカ共和国に到着する全ての乗客（当該第三国を経由して到着した者及び入国14日間前に該当する国に滞在した者を含む。）に対しては、ワクチン接種証明書、到着72時間前までに実施した新型コロナウイルスPCR検査又は抗原検査の陰性証明書の提示を求める（7歳未満の搭乗者は免除）。全ての隣接国との陸路国境を閉鎖する。入国する全ての外国人は、ワクチン接種証明書（初回接種から42日経過したものが有効）、抗体の存在を示す証明書またはワクチン接種免除証明書のいずれかを提示する必要がある（ワクチン接種証明書の提示については、満18歳以上が対象）。さらに、入国時にはPCR検査（有料、43米ドル）が行われる。ア ワクチン接種状況に関係なく、渡航前及び到着後のPCR検査は不要。イ 全ての渡航者は、簡易版の健康状態申告書（Health Questionnaire Form）（新型コロナウイルス専用ではない）をオンライン国際渡航ポータルにて記入する必要がある。また、出発前にこのフォームに記入できない場合、到着時に記入できる。航空機によりナウルへ渡航する満５歳以上の渡航者は新型コロナウイルス・ワクチン接種を完了した証明書の提示する必要がある。直近の14日間をニュージーランドに滞在していたニウエ人、ニウエ居住者、ニウエ人の配偶者や子供、外交官、技能専門職等を含むエッセンシャル・ワーカー及び渡航する切迫した理由がある者のみ入国が可能となる。ニュージーランド以外の国からニウエに入国する場合、内閣の許可証が必要となる。全ての入国者は、原則入国後に14日間の強制的な隔離措置を受けることになる。また、ニュージーランド以外の国からニウエに入国する場合、入国前にニュージーランドで14日間の隔離措置を実施することが求められる。また、入国に当たって、ニュージーランド出発前の4営業日以内に陰性証明を提出する必要があり、また、隔離施設が定員超過等のため14日間の自主隔離を申請する場合は、ニュージーランド出発の4営業日前及びその9日前の2回、陰性証明の提出が必要である。ア 年齢を問わず、全てのニカラグアへの入国者は、以下イの条件を満たすCOVID-19 のワクチン接種を完了し、その接種証明書を提出する場合に限り、PCR検査陰性証明書の提出が不要となる（ワクチン接種証明書を提出できない場合には、以下ウのとおりPCR検査の陰性証明書の提出が必要。）。イ ニカラグア政府が認めるワクチン接種完了要件は以下のとおり。ウ PCR検査（リアルタイムPCR検査（鼻咽頭スワブ法））は、入国前72時間以内（アジア、アフリカ、オセアニアからの場合は入国前96時間以内） に実施し、その陰性証明の提出が必要。エ ニカラグアでは、入国後の隔離措置は義務づけられていない。日本からの渡航者のうち、ワクチン未接種者又は最後のワクチン接種日から少なくとも4週間経過しているワクチン接種証明書を提示しない者には、到着前72時間以内に検体採取したPCR検査の陰性証明書の提示が求められる。2022年9月13日以降、ニュージーランドへの入国に際し、ワクチン接種証明書の提示は不要。また、全渡航者に対し、入国時に提供される迅速抗原検査を用いて、指定の日（0/1日目及び5/6日目）に検査を受検することを推奨。空路又は陸路によりネパールに入国する者は、新型コロナウイルス・ワクチンを2回接種した証明書を提示しなければならない。証明書を提示できない者は、出発前72時間以内に取得した新型コロナウイルス感染症の陰性証明書（リアルタイムPCR、True NAAT、Gene Xpert）の提示を義務づけられる。これまでネパールに入国する際に提示の必要があったアライバル・フォームについては、7月30日以降不要となっている。ハイチに入国する全ての者に対して、ワクチン接種証明書又は旅行前72時間以内のPCR検査若しくは抗原検査の陰性証明書の提示を義務付ける。12歳以上の乗客がパキスタンに到着する国際線に搭乗する場合、必要な回数のコロナワクチン接種（ワクチンの種類の指定はなし）を完了している必要がある（医学的に新型コロナワクチンの接種を控えることを勧められ、その証明書を所持している者を除く。）。必要な回数のコロナワクチン接種を完了していない12歳以上の乗客に対して、出発前72時間以内に受けたPCR検査の陰性証明書の提示を義務付ける。2022年9月12日以降、新型コロナウイルス感染症への水際対策（陰性証明書の取得、ワクチン接種証明書の提示、入国後の検査及び隔離、バヌアツ行きのフライト及びバヌアツ到着時の空港でのマスク着用）は撤廃。ただし、バヌアツ滞在中に新型コロナウイルスが陽性となった渡航者は、隔離するように要請される。空港到着時のオンライン健康申告書の導入が2023年1月1日より開始。なお、従来の紙媒体による同申告書も引き続き利用可能。パラオ到着後の検疫措置は、パラオ入国後5日間はマスク着用の上、自己健康観察が求められる。パラグアイへの入国に際し、以下の措置が求められる。ア 新型コロナワクチン接種証明書の提示 12歳以上の入国者は、パラグアイ入国時に新型コロナワクチンの接種が完了したことを示す証明書を提示しなければならない（注）。 （注）ワクチン接種完了とみなす条件： （ア）2回接種型ワクチンの場合は、2回目の接種が完了していること （イ）1回接種型ワクチンの場合は、1回目の接種が完了していること （※パラグアイ厚生福祉省は、ブースター接種を奨励） ワクチン接種証明書は、英語、スペイン語、フランス語、又はポルトガル語で記載されたもので、かつ以下の事項が記載されたものでなければならない。 （ア）入国者氏名 （イ）生年月日 （ウ）身分証明書又はパスポート番号 （エ）ワクチンメーカー名 （オ）接種済みのワクチン製造番号 （カ）ワクチン接種年月日イ ワクチン接種証明書を所持していない入国者については、以下の措置を取る必要がある。 （ア）新型コロナウイルス陰性証明書の提示 新型コロナワクチンの接種証明書を所持していない12歳以上の入国者は、入国時に航空機搭乗前72時間以内に実施した新型コロナウイルスにかかる核酸検出検査（RT-PCR方式、LAMP方式、NAAT方式）による陰性証明書を提示しなければならない。 （イ）新型コロナウイルス罹患者 パラグアイ入国90日前から10日前までの間に新型コロナウイルスに感染した12歳以上の入国者は、核酸検出検査（RT-PCR方式、LAMP方式、NAAT方式）又は抗原検査による陽性判定の検査結果をもって、その事実を証明しなければならない。アレンビー橋からパレスチナ自治区へ入域する全ての外国人は、渡航前に、新型コロナウイルス感染症の治療費をカバーする保険に加入する必要がある（イスラエルのA1～A5ビザ又はB1ビザを所持し、雇用主を通じて医療保険に加入している方を除く。）。 世界保健機関（WHO）認可の新型コロナワクチンの接種を完了した者（必要接種回数によって1回又は2回のいずれかが適応される）は、公式の接種証明書を携行することにより、入国可能。 ワクチン接種を完了していない者は、出国前72時間以内に実施されたRT-PCR検査に基づく新型コロナ陰性証明書を携行することにより、入国可能（12歳以下の子供は不要）。 現在、 全ての国際商用便の運航は停止している（ただし、政府から許可されたチャーター便や緊急及び人道支援の必要不可欠なフライトは除く。）。全ての入国者は、10日間の隔離措置を受ける。ただし、新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種証明書（完全）を保持する者については、隔離措置は適用されない。なお、健康上の理由にてワクチン接種を受けることができない者は、医師による正当な理由書を到着時に保健当局に提示しなければならない。ア 入港地検査なしでの入国が可能（※3、4）。イ ワクチン初期接種未完了者 （ア）15歳以上の者及び同伴者のいない15歳未満の未成年者 （１）渡航前陰性証明（渡航前24時間以内の抗原検査）の提示により入港地検査なしでの入国が可能。 （２）渡航前陰性証明のない者は、入港地検査（抗原検査）を受ける必要がある。なお、陽性判定を受けた場合には、以後フィリピン保健省（DOH）の検疫・隔離規定に従う。 （イ）同伴者のいる15歳未満の未成年者 同伴する親ないし成人／保護者に適用される検疫規定に従う。 ※1 渡航開始日時より14日以上前に、2回でセットとなっている種類のワクチン又は１回で完結するワクチン（ジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソン製等）の接種完了していることを指す。 ※2 外国人は、ワクチン接種証明書で、上記※1にいうワクチン初期接種を完了していることを証明できる場合に、ワクチンを完全接種したと見なされる。 ※3 全てのフィリピン入国者は、事前にオンラインで「eArrival Card」（https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph）に登録し、登録完了後に表示されるQRコード及び手続番号（transaction number）をスマートフォン等端末に保管し、これらを入国時にフィリピン検疫局（BOQ）に提示する必要がある。 ※4 短期渡航者は、旅券の残存有効期限が6か月以上確保され、復路便の予約証明を提示できる必要がある。入国時のPCRテストは不要だが、12歳以上の入国者にはランダムにPCR検査を実施。入国者は、搭乗前に有効なワクチン接種証明書又は出発前24時間以内に受検したPCR検査もしくは抗原検査の陰性証明書の提示が求められる。ただし、12歳未満の子女等には適用されない。 入国の際、ワクチン接種を受けていること（接種後１４日以上経過）、または５日以内に受検したＰＣＲ検査陰性証明書もしくは抗原検査陰性証明書を所持していることが求められる。 なお入国時に３８度以上の発熱または新型コロナに感染している疑いがある場合、当局による身分証（旅券等）の回収､自己負担によるＰＣＲ検査、陰性の場合には自己負担により最大72時間の隔離といった措置がとられる。ア
