<21 years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, blue light again this year✨>
This year, we celebrated September 11th.
From 8:40 a.m. to noon on the site where the twin towers once towered
The 21st year of the ceremony will be held and this year Vice President Kamala Harris will attend with his wife.
On the day of the event, the Memorial Plaza is for bereaved families only.
Open to the public after 3pm.
At night, a blue light is emitted in a straight line high in the sky where the twin tower buildings existed.
The Empire State Building, One World Trade Center and Penn Station are all lit up in blue.
The day you took the lives of 3000 people.
Prayers are offered to the deceased and their bereaved families from all over the world.

The "9/11 Memorial Museum" has been closed due to a drastic decrease in visitors due to the prolonged corona.
The artifacts on display will be moved to the New York State Museum.
(The 9/11 "National" museum survives.)

It opened with great fanfare as not just an exhibition but a place for the community.
The hall features a mural of Brooklyn-born legendary "King of New York" Notorious B.I.G.
XXL, a hip-hop magazine that was selling explosively at the time, imitated the jazz song "Great Day in Harlem" (1958)
