To support the restaurant business and the unemployed, the unemployed have been given a $ 500 restaurant card from Hawaii to eat and drink until December 15th. We hope this will bring the restaurant to life.
Meanwhile, I went to Helena, a traditional Hawaiian restaurant that is popular locally. I dug a hole in the soil and baked it in a stile (im) with burnt stones, so the fat was removed and I could eat it deliciously.
It doesn't look good in the photo, but it's a simple and healthy dish that makes you feel Hawaii.

The rainy season has now arrived on Oahu, and we are seeing more showers in the mornings and evenings, but after the rain the skies have cleared up and we are seeing more and more blue skies and rainbows.
The sky and atmosphere in Hawaii at this time of year is also great.
