I went to one of those shops, ALE JANDRO.
It's lighter and tastier than it looks, and the interior is colorful and clean. It's a casual and easy-to-enter shop.
For tacos and burritos, you can choose a meat type such as steak pork chicken or a wet type with tomato-based enchilada sauce.
It's close to Waikiki, so if you like Mexican food, please go there.
