I went to the Aloha Pineapple Cafe, which just opened last November in Monsarrat near Diamond Head.
I ordered the popular plate of mochiko chicken and grilled chicken & garlic shrimp. The mochiko chicken had a crispy texture and the harmony of moist and soft chicken was delicious, and the garlic shrimp was not greasy and was just right.
Breakfast includes French toast.
Lunch after climbing Diamond Head may be delicious.

The 348 meter staircase has 1,048 steps and there are many steep slopes, so it's a little hard, but the view from the top is amazing.

The food court is good, but if you feel like having a leisurely lunch, I recommend Nordstrom's Le Ciel.
We recommend the Potabello Mushroom Ravioli Margherita Pizza and the Wild Shrimp Pasta. On a nice day, the terrace seats are very pleasant.
