Travel regulations in Japan are being relaxed, and thanks to you, reservations are being made little by little.
While snorkeling is not possible in Hanauma Bay, we are planning to hold a snorkeling towards the North Shore on a private tour of the Hawaii Dream Club.

It is often possible to do this from around age 7.
Even a 5 year old can do it.
It doesn't really matter whether you can swim or not, it's all about how interested you are in the ocean and the trust you have with your instructor guide.
