About two months after the reopening of Arches National Park, our staff visited on July 20th to check the current status of Arches National Park. As you can see from the photo, although there are some tourists at each tourist attraction, I felt that it was significantly less than this summer vacation.
Perhaps the cause is the decrease in the number of tourists from overseas who would have come to sightseeing every year, and the decrease in the number of tourists from the distant places such as the east coast within the same United States.
However, as you can see in the picture, the wilderness of the United States is still there and we are waiting for your visit when the situation someday ends.
In addition, regarding the update information in the same Grand Circle area, the closure of Monument Valley and Antelope Canyon managed by Navajo people has been extended until August 16. Since the extension measures have been taken approximately every 2-3 weeks since the closure in March, it is possible that this may change in the future. A full-day tour of the Grand Canyon was held on May 29th and 30th.
The guests on the 29th were a family of four stationed in New York, a couple stationed in Chicago, and a total of eight men and women studying abroad in Los Angeles.
