As of May 29, entry is only permitted to Canadians, permanent residents, airline crews, diplomats, Canadian families, US citizens and some work or student visa holders. If you are traveling by air from outside of Canada, you are required to be self-isolated for 14 days at a place where you can check your home, accommodation, etc. In addition, the land border with the United States is currently closed. Of course, this is not limited to travel by essential businesses such as logistics and trade-related, and entry and exit are permitted.
