Commercial travelers, international students, and close relatives of nationality / permanent residence can enter the country, but a negative PCR test received within 72 hours of departure is required. Upon arrival in Canada, a government-designated hotel must be quarantined for 3 days and then voluntarily quarantined for 14 days.
