British Columbia has eased its preventive measures against the new coronavirus and has entered the second phase of economic resumption from June 15th today.
Leisure travel is possible only within the state. Movie theaters, gyms, and fitness classes have also resumed. Office work is permitted, and meetings are possible with a small number of people.
At the restaurant, up to 6 people can eat together, not just those living together. Alcoholic beverages will be extended until midnight. Wear a mask when you leave the table. Masks are still required in indoor public spaces such as shops and public transportation.
Private gatherings such as parties are limited to 50 people outdoors and 5 people or 1 family indoors. In other words, it is OK for up to 5 friends to gather in a house with 4 people, or for a family of 7 to come and visit. Observe public health standards, such as keeping distance from people and ventilating.
