The State of Hawaii has announced to travelers coming from the mainland the United States that it will delay at least one month from August 1 without re-isolation for pre-travel PCR-negative travelers. The plan is designed to allow visitors to prove negative results from COVID-19 tests conducted within 72 hours of arrival and to avoid 14 days of isolation measures.
