Sohor often eats the breakfast menu (usually not Ramadan month).
The second and third photos are an enlargement of the first photo.
The two dishes in front of the second one are fava bean paste called fool.
The hummus on the right side has a chickpea paste called Honmos on top.
Besides, the aluminum plate is Shakshouka.
Shakshouka is sometimes introduced as an Israeli dish in Japan, but it is also a common home-cooked dish in Egypt.
The croquette-like thing that you can see on the right in the middle of the third piece is called termeiya, which is fried with crushed broad beans and vegetables such as coriander and parsley as seeds.
The lower right is hummus (chickpea paste).
Please put them all in the bread in the upper basket.
You can sandwich the raw vegetables or chew them as they are.
Since this restaurant is Palestinian, the bread is thinner and smaller than the typical Egyptian bread.
The breakfast menu looks a bit heavy to the Japanese, but on the contrary, Egyptians cannot eat rice or fish from the morning like a Japanese set meal! I'm thinking.

I heard that the Egyptian Archaeological Museum in Tahrir will retain the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt.
The Old Kingdom era is the time when the famous three major pyramids of Giza were built.

Anyone with a PCR negative certificate can enter Egypt, so there are many tourists from all over the world, but the museum was more crowded than expected.
English, Spanish, French, Russian ... Of course, just because I didn't understand, I think there were more languages flying around.
There were some Egyptians, but most of them are foreign tourists.
Unfortunately, I see only a few Asians, including Japanese.
I would like many people from Japan to come as soon as possible.
