Bulgaria is among the countries that are least affected by the pandemic coronavirus, with low percentage of infected and deaths, by enforcing a strict lockdown early on. This makes it one of the safest places to travel worldwide. Tourism resumes on 15 June 2020.
Drivers and guides are in good health and wear masks during tours. Their temperature is checked before each tour. The vehicles and all the surfaces are disinfected regularly. All the tours are individual with private vehicles, travelling only one family/ company with guide and driver. Social distance in vehicles and during sightseeing tour is kept.

After June 15, no mask is required when going out. However, wear masks at stores and malls. In restaurants, a minimum space of 1.5 meters is required between each table.
Tourist sites such as museums, monasteries and churches are open. However, if you wear a mask, you will be watching at intervals of 1.5m or more.
