The situation in Zagreb is under control when it comes to COVID-19 as it is in the other parts of Croatia.

Zagreb yesterday had 15 new cases. When you take into consideration that Zagreb has almost nine hundred thousand people, the situation is well under control.
Sightseeing places are not as full as usual but people do come to Croatia. Things are functioning great despite all the rules everybody needs to obey.

Croatia is not COVID-19 free but we are still a very safe country. There are certain measures you need to oblige; masks are mandatory in public transportation, it is recommended to wear masks in grocery stores or any other closed space, you need to disinfect your hands before entering any closed space. You can still enjoy sunny days outdoors with a 1m social distancing range. When it comes to closed places this range goes up to 2m and more.
The situation in Zagreb is great, there are a lot of festivals you can attend and a lot of outside bars and restaurants you can enjoy.
Al the museums are opened and our National Parks are working normally. People are coming but still, our sightseeing places are not crowded.
