★ 《Sequel: 3rd》 Introducing the best-selling tour this summer (5 times in total) ★
[World Heritage Yellowstone National Park & Devils Tower & Mount Rashmore & Grand Teton 3 Nights 4 Days Tour <June-September / Japanese Guide / From Denver to Salt Lake City>]
The third time, we will introduce "the second day of the tour and sightseeing contents".
Around 6:30 am, we depart for the first tourist destination on the second day, the Devils Tower National Monument, just 30 minutes from the town of Sundance. After running for about 20 minutes, a huge rocky mountain suddenly appears, and you will be amazed at its majestic standing!
Around 7 am, you will arrive at the "Devil's Tower National Monument (a terrain called a rock neck that has appeared on the surface of the earth after many years of erosion due to the cooling of underground magma)", and after taking a photo from a distance, you can go around the base of the tower. Take a walk on the trail. Not only can you enjoy the scenery from various angles, but you can also see wild animals and rock climbers climbing. The vertical cracks called unique columnar joints are also spectacular! At the end, you can also observe the lovely wild prairie dog. Staying time is about one and a half hours.
Depart for "Yellowstone National Park" around 8:30 am. It travels approximately 460 miles (736 kilometers) over a seven-hour journey across Wyoming from east to west. The travel distance and time are very long, but in addition to frequent breaks, you can take a rest in a comfortable car, and you can fully enjoy the magnificent scenery of the United States, so you won't get bored!
Around 3:30 pm, we arrived at "Yellowstone National Park (the world's first national park famous for its scattered geysers, hot springs, and geothermal places) North Exit Entrance", and this day the mammoth near the north exit.・ Sightseeing in Hot Springs. Take a walk on the boardwalk from the Upper Terrace to the Lower Terrace, and the pallet springs (giant decoration cake-shaped lime shelves), which is the main attraction here, are beautiful and must-see. Staying time is about one and a half hours.
Around 6:30 pm, I checked in and disbanded at a hotel in the town of Gardiner, Montana, just outside the north exit. For dinner, try Yellowstone's signature Elk or Bison meat dish. It is delicious!
Next time, I will introduce the "Itinerary of the 3rd day of the tour".

On October 16th and 17th, we held a one-night, two-day Grand Circle tour.
The customers were two friends living in Los Angeles, a family of three, and a couple, for a total of five people.
It was my first Grand Circle trip from Japan to a university laboratory in Los Angeles in July.
The weather was fine throughout the two days, and I was able to see the sunset and the sunrise beautifully in the Grand Canyon.
Although it was a mixed ride tour, as a result, it was reserved for only two families, and customers with babies did not have to worry about passengers and enjoyed the tour to the end.

On October 13th, I took pictures in the Grand Canyon and Sedna for a monthly sewing trip project.
This time, we received applications for a total of four people, two girls aged 10 and 14 for the Grand Canyon edition, and two women in their 40s for the Sedna edition.
While traveling from Japan is still difficult, this project, in which teddy bears travel instead, started in February and is constantly participating.
Customer satisfaction is many times higher than regular tours, and every time I get a thank-you message, it's worth it.
This time, the costumes are also Halloween specifications, named after this month's Halloween.

Passengers over the age of 12 will be required to certify the completion of two doses of the new coronavirus vaccine from October 30th.
◎ Air: Canada's domestic flights, Canada's US and international flights ◎ Land: VIA Rail, Rocky Mountaineer ◎ Sea: Cruise ships that sail for 24 hours or more (exempt from regular ships such as BC Ferries)
There is a grace period until November 30th, and even if you have not been vaccinated, you can ride if you have a negative PCR test received within 72 hours before departure.
On October 13th, we held a one-day sightseeing tour of the Grand Canyon.
The customer was a family of three who have been stationed in San Francisco since June of this year.
The first snow fell on the Grand Canyon the day before and the snow was still on the ground.
The temperature was 6 degrees Celsius, but the weather was fine and I didn't mind the cold.
The Grand Canyon has been crowded for the past week or so.
It took an extra hour and 20 minutes to get through the traffic jam at the entrance of the national park on this day as well.
Of course, tourists are only American residents, not from overseas, but it wasn't before Corona that it was so crowded on weekdays during this time, not during the vacation season.
Is corona a big change in lifestyle and is the number of tourists increasing during this season of October?

On October 9th and 10th, we held a one-night, two-day Grand Circle tour.
The customer was a couple who had just been stationed in New York three months ago. I visited Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon for sightseeing during my first vacation in the United States.
Throughout the two days of the tour, the weather was good and I was able to see the sunset and sunrise at the Grand Canyon, which I had longed for.
Originally it was a mixed ride tour, but this time as well, there were no other customers and it was a chartered tour for two people, so the customers were also very satisfied.

[World Heritage Yellowstone National Park & Devils Tower & Mount Rashmore & Grand Teton 3 Nights 4 Days Tour <June-September / Japanese Guide / From Denver to Salt Lake City>]
This time, the second time, we would like to introduce "the first day of the tour and sightseeing contents".
Around 7 am, we will leave Denver, Colorado for the first tourist destination, the Crazy Horse Memorial, which will take about six and a half hours with a break from Colorado to Wyoming to South Dakota. It's a long and long-distance trip, but you won't get bored at all because you can enjoy the vast grasslands of the western United States from the train window, which you can never see in Japan. By the way, this tour will travel across 6 states. The remaining 3 states will be introduced next time! Lunch will be purchased at the convenience store where you will stop by for a break and will be completed in the car.
Around 1:30 pm, we arrived at the Crazy Horse Memorial (a giant face carving sculpture inspired by a brave Lakota warrior) and took a bus tour not only from the observatory but also to the foot of the monument. Therefore, you can see the facial image from a closer distance. It has been more than 70 years since the construction started in 1948, but when it is completed, it will be the largest statue in the world. You can also learn about the history and culture of indigenous people. Staying time is about one and a half hours.
Around 3:30 pm, we arrived at Mount Rushmore National Memorial (a statue of four presidents in the history of the United States), just 30 minutes from the Crazy Horse Memorial. After taking a photo at the observatory, we will take a walk for about 30 minutes on the trail where you can see the facial images of successive presidents from all angles. If you visit the museum, you will be impressed by the harshness of the sculpture process at that time. Staying time is about one and a half hours.
Around 5 pm, we left for the town of Sundance, Wyoming, where we stayed, and traveled for about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Rest time for a while.
At around 6:45 pm, we arrived at Sundance, a quiet country town where you can feel the history and culture of old America, and disbanded after check-in. Thank you very much for your long trip!
For dinner, enjoy a hearty gorgeous steak at the nearby saloon (a bar / restaurant peculiar to the western United States during the pioneering era)!
Next time, I will introduce the "Itinerary of the second day of the tour". looking forward to!
