《Participation conditions》
●Those eligible for evacuation are Japanese nationals and their spouses and children.
●The Embassy will arrange transportation from the Embassy of Japan in Israel to the border checkpoint to Amman city (airport, hotel, etc.). Therefore, after arriving at the airport or hotel, you will need to make your own arrangements and pay for your own transportation (hotel reservations and drop-off locations will be described later).
●Currently, the area is in a state of war, and the Israeli government has declared it a "Special Situation in the Homefront," so this event will be held at this time.
●Due to future changes in the situation and coordination with related organizations, there is a possibility that unavoidable changes (including cancellation) may occur to the implementation method, date and time.
●There may be long waiting times due to bus travel and departure/entry into the country.
●Please do not repost this information on social media, as it may pose a risk to the safety of passengers.
●Due to storage space limitations, please limit carry-on luggage to one suitcase per person. Pets are not permitted.

・If you are reserving a hotel in Amman by yourself, please let us know the name and address of the hotel in advance. We will arrange to pick you up after your arrival in Amman.
・For those who are staying at a friend's house, the drop-off will be in front of the hotel near the Embassy of Japan in Jordan. Please make your own way to your friend's house after that, such as by using Uber.
・If you have booked a flight directly from Queen Alia International Airport after entering Jordan, please let us know and let us know your flight number. We will be happy to take you to the airport. However, please note that the time it takes to depart from Israel to Jordan is not yet determined, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to pick you up at the departure time of your booked flight.
