1. On October 2nd, the National Security Council (CNS) met. Article 138 of the Constitution stipulates that the decisions of the Constitutional Council are not open to appeal and are imposed on the executive branch, any natural person, or any legal entity, and it was confirmed that any opposition to the Constitutional Council's decisions is illegal. As a result, the Minister of Justice and Public Order was instructed to take all measures necessary to maintain public order, including banning public assemblies and demonstrations aimed at challenging the Constitutional Council's decisions.
