 2025年10月12日から出入国に係る情報を電子的に記録する欧州連合(EU)の新たな出入域システム(EES:Entry/Exit System)の段階的な運用が開始されます。対象者は、日本を含む非EU加盟国からシェンゲン協定加盟国の欧州29か国に観光や出張等の短期滞在を目的として入国する渡航者です。欧州29か国の空港等の国境検問所において、パスポート情報(氏名、生年月日、国籍等)、生体認証データ(顔写真及び指紋)、出入国記録等が電子システムに登録されます。シェンゲン協定加盟国に入国する際に、指紋の登録及び顔写真の撮影が行われ、これらを拒否した場合にはシェンゲン協定加盟国への入国はできません。なお、渡航前に事前に行う手続はないため、入国時に係官の案内に従ってください。

(2)ユダヤ教の宗教的な記念日・祭日の前後は、ユダヤ系施設・人物を狙った攻撃が発生しやすく、今後、以下のような記念日等が予定されています。
・スッコート(仮庵の祭り):10月6日から10月13日頃
・ハヌカー(光の祭り):12月24日頃から2026年1月1日頃
・過越祭(ペサハ):2026年4月1日から4月8日

上記期間中又は前後に、シナゴーグ、イスラエル関連施設、ユダヤ系レストランや学校などは特に標的となる可能性がありますので、当地の関係機関の発表や報道等により最新情報の入手に努めるとともに、関連施設等にはなるべく近寄らないなど、安全の確保を心がけてください。
