We are holding a tour for 2 nights and 3 days from July 1st.
The guests are three family members stationed in New York.
This weekend is the middle of summer vacation due to the consecutive holidays of Independence Day in the United States. Congestion peaks in the tourist areas of the Grand Circle. Most of our tours are now living in the United States, so we are busy this week and next week and the tours are sold out.
In Japan, heavy rains have caused debris flow damage in Atami, but even in the Grand Circle, where there is a lot of desert land where it does not rain much, heavy rains like the Japanese guerrilla heavy rains suddenly occur due to the monsoon (seasonal wind). It is common in the coming season. There are many natural arts carved by this rain flash flood in the Grand Circle, but the most famous is Antelope Canyon.
This time as well, I received a snapshot of the scene from the guide in charge, so I will post it.
* Customers looking at the scenery at Bryce Canyon National Park on the first day * Forest Gamp Point in Monument Valley on the second day * Elk (elk) that appeared in front of the hotel in the Grand Canyon this morning (third day)
On June 29th and 30th, we held a one-night, two-day Grand Circle tour.
The customers were a total of 6 people, including a family of 4 living in Ohio from Japan, a son living in New York, and 2 parents and children of a mother who visited it and came from Japan. Actually, the family of four from Ohio posted yesterday, they are expatriate families who work for the same company as the family of four who participated in another tour from 28th, and they will meet and spend time together in Las Vegas. ..
When I visited Grand Canyon in the evening on the first day, a big rainbow struck the valley and everyone was very impressed.
I will post the photo at that time.
We held a tour of the Grand Circle for 2 nights and 3 days from June 28th to 30th.
The customer was a family of four living in Ohio from Japan.
On the first day of this tour, I had a problem that the tires of the van punctured, and I had to stay for more than an hour on Route 66 of Seligman, but the customer said, "My daughters love Cars. I'm grateful that I've been in Seligman for a long time, and on the contrary, I'm grateful for it! "
On the first day, after Seligman (Route 66), we went sightseeing in Sedona for a day and finally watched the sunset at the Grand Canyon.
On the second day, take a leisurely sightseeing trip from the morning sun to the Grand Canyon, and in the afternoon, visit Goosenecks State Park and Mexican Hat Rock and stay in Monument Valley. Watch the sunset slowly from the hotel.
On the third day, after seeing the sunrise in Monument Valley from my room, I left slowly to see Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell and returned to Las Vegas in the evening.
Navajo's tourist destinations, Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley, did not reopen in June, but I hope they will reopen in July. This customer was also looking forward to sightseeing in these two places, but it didn't come true.
I will post a snapshot from the guide in charge this time as well.

I have been touring the interior one day after the opening of the new casino.
RESORT WORLD finally opened at 23:00 on June 24th.
First of all, the casino started operations first, and the hotel can be stayed from today (25th).
Is it something like "finally opened" or "finally opened"?
As anyone who has been to Las Vegas many times or who knows Las Vegas in the past knows, "STAR DUST RESORT & CASINO", which was once the casino that built the era of Las Vegas, is built in this place. It was. However, the casino ended its business for about half a century in order to be reborn as a new casino in 2006, and the following year the building was demolished and construction as "ECHELON PLACE" began.
We also vividly remember being moved by the rush of construction in Las Vegas, which was in a state of humor at the time.
However, the new casino hotel, which had just begun construction due to the sudden financial crisis, canceled its plan in 2008. For a long time, only the steel frame of the hotel was left behind, and every time I passed through the strip, I felt sad.
Then, in 2013, GENTING GROUP acquired a hotel under construction and construction of "RESORT WORLD" began.
Counting from ECHELON, it finally opened in 14 years.
Even when Las Vegas was completely locked down due to the corona disaster, construction continued while taking measures against infection.
I hope that it will be a presence that will give a further tailwind to Las Vegas, which has already achieved a complete revival.
I went to see the casino around 10am, but there were a lot of people who have been playing casinos all night since last night and locals who came to see the new casinos.
However, there are many places that have not been completed yet, so it seems that it will take more time to construct the exterior of the hotel, and there were few shops that are open in the shopping mall.
Actually, we will pick up CONRAD immediately next week on our tour, so we also confirmed the pick-up location. If you come to Las Vegas, please come and visit us.
From June 20th to 22nd, we held a tour of the Grand Circle for 2 nights and 3 days.
The customer this time was a couple stationed at a Japanese company in Ohio.
Sightseeing in Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park on the first day, horseshoe bend in the evening, and finally watching the sunset at Lake Powell.
On the second day, we will visit Monument Valley (outside the park) and then tour the Grand Canyon until sunset.
On the third day, we will see the sunrise in the Grand Canyon, then tour Sedona and return to Las Vegas.
Since this tour is a chartered tour limited to one group, unlike the mixed ride tour, the customer knows the charter from the time of application, so we enjoyed the trip only for two people until the end of the tour.
In the middle of summer vacation in the United States, the demand for tours has increased, although it is limited to customers living in the United States. Our tour was almost sold out next weekend due to the consecutive holidays on Independence Day, but even though each national park is more crowded than usual, we are worried about further congestion at the site due to the long holidays.
This time too, I received a lot of good photos from my guide, so I will post some of them.
* Zion National Park * Bryce Canyon National Park * Grand Canyon National Park (Mather Point Asahi)
On June 21st and 22nd, we held a one-night, two-day Grand Circle tour.
The customer was a family of four from Michigan on a summer vacation trip.
On the first day, stop by Seligman on Route 66, then go sightseeing in Sedona for a day, and finally watch the sunset at the Grand Canyon.
On the second day, I went sightseeing in the Grand Canyon slowly in the morning from the Asahi viewing of the Grand Canyon, and went sightseeing smoothly with Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell.
Now it's the longest day of the year, with the Grand Canyon sunset at 19:48 and the next morning's sunrise at 5:12, but the children also get up early and take a closer look at the beautiful sunrise. I did.
This time as well, I will post a photo showing the state of the customer enjoying sightseeing from the guide in charge.
* Visit the sunset at the Grand Canyon * Visit the sunrise at the Grand Canyon * Visit Lake Powell
On June 19th and 20th, we held a one-night, two-day Grand Circle tour.
The guests were a total of 6 people, 4 family members from Houston and 2 couples from Chicago.
I was a little worried because it was a mixed ride tour in the corona wreck after a long time, but since the customer also lives in the United States, maybe because I got used to the life that returned to the normal in the United States now There was no sense of being wary (conscious) of others, and the customers became friends with each other, and the tour ended with a friendly atmosphere.
However, in the town of Tusayan where I stayed at the Grand Canyon, moths were abnormally occurring, and there was an unexpected happening that some moths entered the room as well as outside the hotel.
In Las Vegas, once every few years, a strange phenomenon occurs, such as an outbreak of moths and a horde of grasshoppers rushing to the city, but this year it seems that it is happening in the Grand Canyon.
This time as well, I will post a photo showing the situation at the site from the guide in charge.
* Customers watching the sunset at the Grand Canyon * At Lipan Point in the Grand Canyon
I went to Sedona on a sewing trip on Wednesday, June 16th.
This time, we received applications for a total of 4 people, including a couple living in Japan and 2 women.
Las Vegas had a record heat of 46 degrees Celsius on that day, but Sedona also reached 42 degrees Celsius, which was as severe as it was.
Sightseeing spots in the western United States, including Sedona, have been crowded and crowded since around March of this year, but as expected, all the places to go on this day were empty parking lots and playing in the water. I felt that there were few people except for the oak creek (river) that can be done.
I went to the Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Chapel of Holly Cross, Airport Mesa, and Uptown, but I tried my best to think of the face of the client who was pleased while fighting the distant consciousness!
After shooting, I went camping with Flagstaff and returned the next day without returning to the hot Las Vegas. Flagstaff has the same altitude as the Grand Canyon and is over 2000m, so it was cool and comfortable as it dropped to about 30 ℃ during the day and 15 ℃ at night.
I will post the state of this shooting.
* Red rock crossing with Cathedral Rock in the background * At the power spot of Airport Mesa * In the Chapel of Holly Cross
A one-day sightseeing tour of the Grand Canyon was held on Friday, June 11th.
The customer was a duo from San Jose.
Actually, trouble occurred immediately after leaving Las Vegas.
The sensor detected an abnormality in the tire pressure, and immediately stopped the van at a nearby parking lot to check it, and there was something like a nail stuck in the tire.
I immediately changed to a spare tire on the spot and continued the tour, but during that time I had to wait for about 40 minutes.
All the tours after that went smoothly as planned and the customers were satisfied, but I am very sorry to have kept you waiting even though it was force majeure.
Busy tours increase the risk of trouble, but I always feel that trouble just after leaving a hotel in Las Vegas is unfortunate.
I experienced various troubles when I was guiding the Grand Circle for many years, but accidents in barren areas where there is no town nearby sometimes get stuck on the spot for hours, so it is compared to Japan. You will be keenly aware of the size of America.
From June 8th, we held a tour of the Grand Circle for 2 nights and 3 days.
The customer was a couple residing in New York who had traveled before returning to Japan after finishing their term next month.
On the first day of this course, you can watch the sunset at Bryce Canyon National Park, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell.
On the second day, we visited Monument Valley (sightseeing from outside the park because the park is closed), Grand Canyon, and Sedona, and finally we went to Sedona to see the starry sky.
On the third day, we will visit Jerome (Ghost Town) Priscod, and finally we will return to Las Vegas after visiting Arizona's famous Saguaro Cactus.
Since it was summer vacation in the United States, all the tourist spots in the Grand Circle were crowded with people. Bryce Canyon National Park also had a hard time because the parking lot was full this time as well.
Customers took part in the tour hoping for the reopening of Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley to the last minute, but we couldn't guide you again this time.
Even so, it was three days that I was very satisfied with the nature of the western United States that I saw for the first time.
I will post the photo from the guide in charge this time as well.
* Bryce Canyon National Park * Grand Canyon National Park * Saguaro Cactus
This is a sequel to the article about camping in the Norslim of the Grand Canyon.
On the first day, we visited North Slim and prepared BBQ for dinner early.
The campsite this time was 2700 meters above sea level, 4 miles before the entrance to the national park, and it was cool during the day, making it a paradise for us from Las Vegas. There is a buffalo in the grassland nearby (I could not see it this time) and the deep green is beautiful, and even in the same Grand Canyon, it is a different world.
The main dinner is a 500g ribeye steak that is grilled over an open fire!
On the second day, I moved from the morning and aimed at the unexplored TOROW EAP on the downstream side of Noslim.
In addition to having to run 200 km and 5 hours off-road on a round trip, 2 km before arrival runs on a rocky step like a staircase on a fairly rough road.
However, it is worth going to TOROWEAP even if you have a hard time, and the view of the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River from here is the best!
I will also post a few photos.
* Scenery from the unexplored TOROWEAP * No slim campsite * Ribeye steak baked on direct fire
We camped in the Grand Canyon North Slim on June 7th and 8th.
Japanese tourists don't often visit the Grand Canyon's North Rim, but the distance and time from Las Vegas is the same as going to the South Rim, which is visited by many.
However, due to the influence of snowfall in winter, the tourist season is short, and it is usually from May to October.
There are three basic observatories, Bright Angel Point, Cape Royale and Point Imperial.
Bright Angel Point is accessible from North Rim's only accommodation, the Grand Canyon Lodge. It is also directly opposite Mather Point on the South Rim. The trail from the lodge to the observatory protrudes into the valley like a horse's back, there are no fences, and there are several places along the way where you can monopolize the scenery.
Cape Royal is located on the opposite bank of the Desert View Point in the South Rim, and is famous for its views of the Grand Canyon through a large rock hole called the "Angels Window".
Point Imperial is the highest observatory in the Grand Canyon, reaching 2,650 meters above sea level, and is a spectacular point overlooking the eastern view of the Grand Canyon.
Surrounded by a lot of trees because the altitude is more than 400m higher than the South Rim on average, you can enjoy the scenery with lots of greenery as if you were on the Canadian plateau, and you can see the autumn leaves in autumn.
In addition, there are few people, so you can enjoy sightseeing slowly.
(Continued to the second part)
I will also post a few photos.
* Watching the Asahi at Bright Angel Point * Cape Royal * Roosevelt Point
