From September 18, 2020, the operation of business trucks began between Japan and the stars.
Business trucks are exceptionally allowed to enter Singapore or Japan, and under additional conditions such as submission of activity plans, the scope of activities is limited even during the 14-day home waiting period after entering Singapore or Japan. It is a scheme that enables business activities in the form.
This scheme is mainly for short-term residents, and the length of stay at the user's destination is limited to 30 days or less.
The general procedure for leaving Japan is as follows.

Before leaving Japan 1. In advance, the host company or government agency in Singapore will apply for a Singapore Safe Travel Pass on behalf of the user on a dedicated site and receive an approval letter.
2. The host company or government agency in Singapore will register an action plan for 14 days after travel on the Safe Travel site.
3. 3. If you are a national who needs a visa, apply for a visa at the visa application agency.
4. Submit the immigration information and health status declaration form on the Singapore Electronic Arrival Card site. Obtaining a PCR test certificate is required.

When entering or leaving Singapore 1. PCR test when entering Singapore (waiting for 1-2 days until the results are known)
2. Install and launch the Trace Together app.
3. 3. Health monitoring is required during your stay in Singapore.
4. At the Embassy of Japan in Singapore, you will be presented with a copy of the pledge and Japanese activity plan and will receive a cover letter certifying that you are a business truck user.
5. If you will be staying in Singapore for 14 days or more, submit a cover letter and a Safe Travel Pass approval letter at a medical institution designated by the Government of Singapore, obtain a PCR test certificate, and return to Japan.

The procedure will vary depending on the nationality of the user and the type of visa you currently have.

2020年9月18日より、日星間でビジネストラックの運用が始まりました。
ビジネストラックは、例外的にシンガポール又は日本への入国が認められ、活動計画書の提出等の追加的条件の下、シンガポール又は日本入国後の14日間の自宅待機期間中も、行動範囲を限定した形でビジネス活動が可能となるスキームです。
主に短期滞在者用のスキームで、利用者の渡航先における滞在期間は30日以内に限定されます。
一般的な日本からの出国の場合の手続きは以下のようになります。

日本出国前
１． 事前に、シンガポールの受け入れ企業又は政府機関が利用者に代わりシンガポールのSafe Travel Passを専用 サイトに申請し、承認レターを受領します。
２． シンガポールの受け入れ企業又は政府機関がSafe Travelのサイトに渡航後14日間の行動計画を登録します。
３． 査証が必要な国籍の方は、査証申請機関にて査証を申請します。
４． シンガポール電子出入国カード（SG Arrival Card）のサイトにて、入国情報と健康状態に関する申告書を提出し ます。PCR検査証明の取得が必要です。

シンガポール入出国時
１． シンガポール入国時にPCR検査（結果判明まで要1~2日間の待機）
２． Trace Togetherアプリをインストールし起動させます。
３． シンガポール滞在中は健康モニタリングが必要です。
４． 在シンガポールの日本国大使館にて、誓約書・本邦活動計画書の写日を提示し、ビジネストラックの利用者で あることを証明するカバーレターを受領します。
５． シンガポール滞在が14日以上になる方は、シンガポール政府指定医療機関にてカバーレターとSafe Travel Pass の承認レターを提出し、PCR検査証明を取得し帰国します。

利用者の国籍や現在お持ちのビザ等の種類によっても手続きの内容が変わります。
