On October 23, the Singapore and German governments agreed and announced that they would relax travel restrictions. It is said that it will introduce a system called "Mutual Green Lane (RGL)" that allows travelers for public affairs and business purposes to enter each other's countries and regions without being quarantined.
This is the first time Singapore has signed the above arrangement with a European country.
