I went to "Sanpa" with my friends.

Mitani is said to be the best place to revitalize the Taiwan region.
While preserving traditional culture and buildings, we combine them with the ideas of young people.

The point of Mitsuba is art and gourmet★

First of all, I wouldn't think without introducing "Shimizu Soshi Mausoleum" as the most representative work of art.
Shimizu Soji Temple was destroyed by an earthquake and a war and was rebuilt about three times, but it is now protected by the New Taipei City Government as an important historic site.
Unlike the other temples in Taiwan, not only traditional wood carving but also stone carving and copper carving are used in large quantities. (There are 20 stone-carved pillars alone!)

Speaking of gourmet, it is probably the most famous "Kyuushikaku".
It's cute and delicious like beef horns, but recently I've been attracted to something else!
That is "soy milk cream"! !! !!
A milkless cream that can be eaten even by people with lactose intolerance.
It has a rich soy milk flavor, and when you eat it with delicious handmade tofu, you can only say exquisite (*´艸`)

友たちと「三峽」へ行きました。

三峽は台湾地方創生を一番できているところといわれています。
伝統文化や建物を守りつつ、若者たちのアイデアとちゃんと組み合わせています。

三峽のポイントは芸術とグルメです★

先ず、三峽最も代表できる芸術品というと、「清水祖師廟」を紹介しないと考えられませんね。
清水祖師廟は地震や戦争に壊されて、3回くらい再建されましたが、現在は新北市政府に重要古跡として守れています。
台湾他のお寺と違うところは、伝統的な木彫りだけじゃなくて、石彫りと銅彫りなども大量に使われています。（石彫りの柱だけでも20本があります！）

グルメといえば、一番有名な「金牛角」でしょう。
牛の角みたいにかわいくてすごく美味しいですよ
ただし、最近別のものに惹かされています！
それは、「豆乳クリーム」です！！！
乳糖不耐症の人さえも食べられる牛乳なしのクリームです。
濃厚な豆乳味で、美味しい手作り豆腐と一緒に食べると絶品しか言えません( *´艸｀)
