台湾と日本の中華まんは何処が違いますか？

先ずは、台湾の餡が入っていない中華まんの事を饅頭（マントウ）と言います。
餡が入っていないので、好きなおかずと一緒に食べます。
一番よく挟んで食べる具は焼き卵です。

次に、台湾の饅頭はいろんな味があります。
普通の白饅頭、
黒砂糖が入っている「黒糖饅頭」、
黒ゴマが入っている「黒芝麻饅頭」、
穀類で出来ている「五穀雜糧饅頭」など、
他にもいろんな味があります。

さらに、饅頭を何枚かに切って、
フライパンで焼いてもおいしいですよ。
