In Taiwan, winter melon tea is one of the drinks that I often drink since I was a child.
It's nostalgic, comparable to Japanese barley tea, and it's like it's stocked in the refrigerator.
Easy to make! Uses a lump (winter melon dew) made by adding sugar to winter melon and boiling it. Boil it in boiling water and it's done.
