In November, the weather in Taiwan should be getting cooler, but in recent years the temperature has changed drastically, which is a problem.

Speaking of shaved ice, Japanese-style shaved ice has recently become popular in Taiwan, and there were lines everywhere in the summer.
The difference between Taiwanese shaved ice and Japanese shaved ice is the appearance. (Lol)

And Taiwan's shaved ice is roughly divided into two types. You can either put a lot of fruit on the ice or sprinkle black honey syrup on the white ice.

Of course, the type on which fruits are placed is mango shaved ice, which everyone is familiar with, and the taste is mainly fruits.
The other type is just ice with black honey syrup from the outside, but the contents are special ice that you can choose 3 to 4 kinds of toppings you like when ordering.

11月に入り、台湾の天気はだんだん涼しくなるはずですが、近年は気温の変化が激しくて困ります。
その為、台湾のかき氷の季節はまだ終わってないです(・ω・)و

そこでかき氷といえば、最近台湾で日本式のかき氷が流行っていて、夏には何処も行列が出来ていました。
台湾のかき氷と日本のかき氷の違いは、まず外観かな？（笑）

そして台湾のかき氷は大体2種類に分かれています。氷の上にいっぱいフルーツを乗せるタイプと、真っ白な氷に黒蜜シロップをかけるタイプのどちらかです。

フルーツを乗せるタイプは勿論皆さんもよく知っているマンゴーかき氷などで、味はフルーツをメインにしています。
もう1つのタイプは外観からは、ただの黒蜜シロップをかけた氷ですが、中身は注文した時に好きなトッピングを3~4種類選べる特製氷となっています。
