Regular international flights will not resume in Georgia until October 1, announces the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency, however Paris, Riga and Munich will be exceptions.
As the situation in the aviation sector is difficult to predict due to the Covid-19 pandemic at the global level, decisions on border and passenger restrictions are periodically changed. We urge citizens and passengers again to refrain from purchasing tickets for uncertified destinations and flights", says the agency.
Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava said that restoring more international flights after the first arrivals since the lock down earlier this month will depend on the situation concerning the pandemic in Georgia.
Georgia has opened its borders for travelers from Germany, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia unconditionally. All five countries have also opened borders for Georgia
I would like to report the situation of the coronavirus in Finland.
Life in Finland is getting closer to what it was before the coronavirus. School started last week and shops are open as usual. However, the number of infected people has recently increased (about 10 to 41 people per day), and the government has re-announced the recommendation of working from home. In addition, on August 13, the government announced that it is recommended to use masks in places where it is difficult to keep a safe distance such as transportation.
From July 27th, travel restrictions between Japan and Finland have been completely lifted. There is no change in travel restrictions, but it is likely that the travel restrictions will be returned if the situation of the Finnish or Japanese coronavirus deteriorates. For more information on travel restrictions, please see our previous registration.

On August 14, the Serbian government announced new regulatory measures at an official press conference.
From 15th August, immigrants from Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia and Northern Macedonia will be required to submit proof of negative PCR test results within 48 hours prior to entry. Please be aware of this if you are going to enter Serbia from that country (excluding Japanese nationals who have a permanent residence or long-term residence status).

● Immigration restrictions currently being implemented by the Croatian government will be extended until August 31st.
Those who enter from a third country, including Japan, for tourism, business, schooling, or any other urgent personal circumstances are obliged to voluntarily quarantine for 14 days after entering Croatia. However, this obligation is exempted for the purpose of tourism, business, school attendance, etc. if you submit a negative result of the PCR test performed within 48 hours.
This measure, which was supposed to be until August 15, will be extended to August 31 by the decision of the Croatian Civil Protection Headquarters on August 12.
Holidays are in peak condition in August, Cote d'Azur is crowded with travelers from all over France, countries in the euro area, but vacation in August is in peak condition, Cote d'Azur is from all over France, travelers from countries in the euro area Although it is crowded with people, the infection rate is rising, so it is obligatory to wear a mask outside France by the prefectures. I think the English promenade is a must in Nice city, and it is not necessary or necessary in the inland road. Even if it is not mandatory for people to concentrate, basically wearing a mask seems to be perfect. In France, the infection rate is roughly classified into the orange and green areas, but the Cote d'Azur is still good for the green. (I can't feel relieved.) It seems that the most important measure is to live on your own hygiene until the vaccine is realized.

Today in Premantura, a suburb of Pula, the maximum temperature was 31℃, the humidity was 53%, and the sensible temperature was 33℃. The Istria/Istrian Peninsula is humid compared to Split and Dubrovnik on the coast of southern Croatia.
The Premantura campsite is not as full as it used to be, but it was crowded with summer vacation guests from EU countries.
