1. As we announced in November last year, in accordance with the Russian Government Decree (Russian Government Decree No. 1510 of 07.11.2024), a measure to collect fingerprints and facial images (personal biometric identification information) of foreign nationals, including Japanese nationals, entering and leaving Russia at four airports in Moscow (Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky) will be implemented from December 1, 2024.
2. The measures will be introduced at all border crossings with Russia from June 30, 2025. In Moscow and throughout the country, the measures will last until June 30, 2026.
3. This measure does not apply to children under the age of 6.
4. Please be aware that entry and exit procedures into Russia may take longer than usual.

日本人を含む外国人がロシアに入国及び出国する際の審査において、指紋等の個人生体識別情報を採取する措置がモスクワに所在する空港にて2024年12月1日より開始されましたが、2025年6月30日からロシアの全ての国境地点にてこの措置が開始されますので、ロシア入国及び出国手続きの際にはご留意ください。
1.ロシア政府令(Постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 07.11.2024 No.1510)に基づき、モスクワに所在する4空港(シェレメチェボ、ヴヌコヴォ、ドモジェドボ、ジュコーフスキー)から日本人を含む外国人がロシアに入国及び出国する際の審査において、指紋及び顔画像(個人生体識別情報)を採取する措置が、2024年12月1日から開始されました。
2.2025年6月30日からはロシアの全ての国境地点にてこの措置が開始されます。この措置は2026年6月30日までとされています。
3.なお、この措置は6歳未満の幼児には適用されません。
4.ロシア入国及び出国手続きに際し、これまで以上に時間を要する可能性がありますのでご留意ください。
