In addition, in order to ensure a smooth acceptance process on the day, we may ask you to send provisional documents to our office in advance, depending on their content.
(2) If you wish to receive various certificates such as a translated excerpt of a passport or driver's license, or a copy of a residence notification on the same day as your passport issuance/application, various certificates issuance/application, or copy of a residence notification, you will need to apply in advance by mail (or in person) to the office. Please contact the office in advance to (a) request that the application form be sent to you, (b) confirm the documents required for the application, and (c) complete the application procedure by Friday, March 21.
We will inform you of the fees in advance, so please cooperate to avoid receiving change on the day.
Please note that if you have not completed the application procedure in advance, your application will only be accepted on the day and the certificate will not be issued until a later date (with the exception of some applications, in principle you will need to collect the certificate at the office counter).

ACT Police: Warning about increased vehicle thefts (Safety Information)
