Mr. Caldwell, Mayor of Honolulu on 9/22 Hawaii time, announced that the Stay at home order will be relaxed from 9/24. As a result, the beach and park will be available for up to 5 people from 9/24, and malls, restaurants and salons will also open. However, it seems that the restaurant can be used by up to 5 people in the same household and the capacity is 50% of each store.
These restrictions seem to be relaxed little by little as the infection rate goes down, but it will take a considerable amount of time.

● Be careful when using The Bus! ●
Aloha! The city of Honolulu recently added new rules regarding the types of masks required when boarding a city bus.
Rideable mask, double or triple cloth mask, disposable mask, double neck gaiter (neck warmer)
Masks that cannot be boarded ・ Masks with breathing valves or holes ・ Pull shirts to substitute for masks ・ Scarves ・ Bandanas ・ Face shields only
It's small and hard to see, but please check the photo below.
Personally, I think disposable masks are good, but I really hope that they will be "thrown away" and not reused for days.
