By the way, some of you may have already confirmed it in Hawaii news, but I saw it on New Year's Eve too! UFO! !! (That is surely a UFO!) I think the place is around Kaneo Hebay. I was so impatient that my fingers didn't move properly and I almost failed to take a video or a photo, but this is the one I took in a hurry with a zoom. It changed color, moved at a tremendous speed, and disappeared into the clouds. Immediately after that, Dodo Dawn and fireworks went up.
I would like to keep up the good work this year and update the information on Oahu.

Aloha! The city of Honolulu recently added new rules regarding the types of masks required when boarding a city bus.
Rideable mask, double or triple cloth mask, disposable mask, double neck gaiter (neck warmer)
Masks that cannot be boarded ・ Masks with breathing valves or holes ・ Pull shirts to substitute for masks ・ Scarves ・ Bandanas ・ Face shields only
It's small and hard to see, but please check the photo below.
Personally, I think disposable masks are good, but I really hope that they will be "thrown away" and not reused for days.

● Vaccinated travelers may be exempt from Hawaiian quarantine ... ●
Aloha! As you may already know from yesterday's local news, Hawaii's Deputy Governor Green can travel to Hawaii without isolation if he is completely vaccinated with the new coronavirus vaccine (vaccine passport). We announced that we may be able to implement it from May at the earliest.
If the system works well, travelers to Hawaii are expecting (hoping) to triple by the fall.
Currently, it is said that we (healthy 16-64 years old) in Hawaii can be vaccinated probably in the summer. To be honest, there are still some fears and doubts about early vaccination, but it seems that it will be difficult to travel without vaccination.
