All travelers arriving in the Philippines through the "Red" country / region / jurisdiction, whether Filipino or foreign, will only stay in the airport within the "Red" country / region / jurisdiction. If you have been or have been from or have been to a "Red" country / region / jurisdiction if you have been, or if your Immigration Bureau does not allow you to enter a "Red" country / region / jurisdiction. Upon arrival in the Philippines, travelers subject to 1 (2) d above shall comply with the current inspection and quarantine regulations.
