As the outbreak is re-spreading in Moscow and the number of new cases is increasing, Mayor Sobyanin announced new restrictions in mid-June. From June 28th, you will be required to show your QR code when you enter a restaurant in Moscow. Those who do not have a QR code cannot enter the restaurant.
Those who can get a QR code:
--People who have completed two Russian vaccinations
--People who have a history of infection within half a year
--People who have been tested negative by PCR within 3 days
You will need to fill out a special form on the Moscow Government Services Portal to receive the QR code. According to the restaurant industry, revenue has dropped to 75%, so we have decided that it is not necessary to show the QR code when using the terrace seats of restaurants.
