RESORT WORLD finally opened at 23:00 on June 24th.

As anyone who has been to Las Vegas many times or who knows Las Vegas in the past knows, "STAR DUST RESORT & CASINO", which was once the casino that built the era of Las Vegas, is built in this place. However, the casino ended its business for about half a century in order to be reborn as a new casino in 2006, and the following year the building was demolished and construction as "ECHELON PLACE" began.
We also vividly remember being moved by the rush of construction in Las Vegas, which was in a state of humor at the time.
However, the new casino hotel, which had just begun construction due to the sudden financial crisis, canceled its plan in 2008. For a long time, only the steel frame of the hotel was left behind, and every time I passed through the strip, I felt sad.
Then, in 2013, GENTING GROUP acquired a hotel under construction and construction of "RESORT WORLD" began.
Counting from ECHELON, it finally opened in 14 years.
Even when Las Vegas was completely locked down due to the corona disaster, construction continued while taking measures against infection.
I hope that it will be a presence that will give a further tailwind to Las Vegas, which has already achieved a complete revival.
I went to see the casino around 10am, but there were a lot of people who have been playing casinos all night since last night and locals who came to see the new casinos.
However, there are many places that have not been completed yet, so it seems that it will take more time to construct the exterior of the hotel, and there were few shops that are open in the shopping mall.
